We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team . In this role, you will be the crucial first point of contact for prospective property investors and buyers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make high-volume calls to potential clients, investors, and leads generated through various marketing channels.

Lead Qualification: Assess client requirements, investment goals, and budgets to pitch suitable Dubai real estate projects (off-plan and secondary market).

Appointment Setting: Successfully convert cold and warm leads into qualified meetings or site visits for Senior Property Consultants.

Database Management: Maintain and update accurate client records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.

Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with Dubai’s real estate trends, major developer projects , and market conditions.

Follow-ups: Nurture existing leads through consistent communication via phone, WhatsApp, and email.





Key Requirements Experience:
- Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service; prior experience in UAE/Dubai real estate is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Personality: High energy, confident, persuasive phone manner, and a resilient attitude toward target-driven goals.
