We are looking for a energetic and experienced
HR Executive / Sr. Executive HR
to join our hospital team at Boduppal, Hyderabad. If you have hands-on experience in hospital HR operations and are passionate about building a positive employee experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare manpower plans based on patient volume, departmental requirements, and business projections.
- Partner with hospital leadership to understand workforce requirements.
- Monitor sanctioned strength, manpower utilization, vacancies, and manpower costs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and employee relations.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HRMS.




- Maintain employee documentation and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements.
- Support retention initiatives and employee experience programs.
- Prepare HR MIS and monthly reports.
- Assist in performance management activities.
- Perform additional HR responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- MBA or MHRM qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
