Role Description The Boiler Service Technician is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site work at client locations and some work-from-home tasks such as reporting and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, and repairing industrial and commercial boiler systems; performing routine preventive maintenance; troubleshooting mechanical and control issues; and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.



The technician will conduct diagnostic tests, replace or repair faulty components, and calibrate equipment in line with manufacturer specifications and regulatory standards. The role also involves preparing service reports, maintaining accurate maintenance records, coordinating with supervisors and clients on service schedules, and adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations. The technician may support installation and commissioning of current boiler systems, provide basic operational guidance to clients, and participate in occasional emergency call-outs as required.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems, burners, pumps, valves, and associated mechanical components.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Hands-on experience in boiler inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
