Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.

Material Handling: Supervise receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.

Documentation: Ensure proper entry in stock registers, ERP systems, and daily reports.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve discrepancies.

Stock Audits:



Conduct periodic physical verification and reconcile with system records.

Compliance: Follow safety, quality, and company standards in storage and handling.

Team Supervision: Guide store assistants and ensure adherence to processes.

Reporting: Submit daily/weekly/monthly stock reports to management.

Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations

Familiarity with ERP systems or stock management software

Good communication and vendor management skills

Ability to lead a team and enforce discipline

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
