Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Management: Handle end-to-end procurement of materials, consumables, and services.
Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on quality, cost, and compliance.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and maintain procurement records.
Budget Control: Monitor procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives.
Vendor Performance: Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and escalate issues.
Coordination: Collaborate with facility operations, finance, and safety teams for aligned procurement.
Process Improvement: Recommend improvements in sourcing and procurement processes.
Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of facility procurement and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with focus on cost optimization.
Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
