Facility Operations & Maintenance Management:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for equipment and building systems (electrical, mechanical, and HVAC)
- Create and maintain a maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources required for maintenance activities.




- Plan corrective maintenance tasks based on equipment inspections and reports.

Break Down Maintenance:
- Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose faults and determine repair solutions.

Conduct detailed investigations on repeated failures.
- Maintain a history log of breakdowns and solutions applied.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely servicing of critical equipment.
- Maintain records of all breakdown incidents and repair work.

Work Order & Documentation Management:
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, including SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Vendor Management:
- To oversee and manage external vendors and suppliers. Sourcing, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and optimizing vendor relationships to align with business ob
