About the Role
We are seeking a Integration Support Analyst to join our Operational Core Services team. This role is responsible for monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking acknowledgements and shipment status, resolving operational issues,
and ensuring accurate order status updates across internal systems.
What You’ll Do
Monitor daily reports of unconfirmed purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors to obtain order acknowledgments, shipment updates, and estimated delivery dates.
Resolve order delays and discrepancies through vendor communication.
Maintain accurate order status in the Order Tracking Sheet and Customer Support Portal.
Document vendor communications and provide timely customer updates.
