About The Role
We are looking for a Finance professional to support the finance and accounting function during a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit support, and financial operations within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a quick-paced corporate setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory tax compliances.
- Prepare and review GST, TDS, and tax reconciliations.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Assist in transfer pricing documentation and intercompany reconciliations.
- Perform General Ledger scrutiny and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, schedules, and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and accounting practices.
- Support finance process improvements and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Tax Audit support.
- General Ledger & Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
- Month-End Closing.
- MIS Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas).
- SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
