Job Description

Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished ice cream products.
Conduct pathogen testing (e.g.,



Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli) and monitor microbial limits.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and FSMA regulations.
Evaluate sanitation procedures for equipment, storage, and production areas.
Conduct environmental swabbing and air quality testing in production facilities.
Ensure compliance with FDA, FSSAI, USDA, and other relevant food safety standards.
Work with the R&D; team to test new formulations for microbiological stability.
Analyze the impact of ingredients and storage conditions on microbial growth.
Investigate preservative efficiency to enhance product shelf life.
