We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Developer to lead the development of our core server-side logic. You will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, managing complex databases, and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end elements with server-side logic. Key Responsibilities
- API Design & Development: Architect and implement high-performance, RESTful APIs using FastAPI (or Flask/Django where applicable).
- System Architecture: Design and maintain scalable backend systems, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Database Management: Optimize complex SQL queries, design database schemas, and ensure data integrity across relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, enforce best practices,
and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Integration: Work closely with UI/UX developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and third-party APIs.
- DevOps Collaboration: Collaborate on deployment strategies, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
