Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional operationally rigorous and solution-oriented
People Operations Specialist
based in Jaipur, India to join our global People Team. Operating with an AI-native and automation-first mindset in this role, you will own critical operational workflows across the employee lifecycle – from multi-region onboarding, employment changes,



and offboarding across 10+ countries to multi-region payroll coordination to India benefits administration. You will serve as the operational bridge between global employees, managers, operational departments, payroll providers, and external vendors while keeping local India operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Global Onboarding & Offboarding
- Own and execute new hire setups of employees and contractors in applicable core HR platforms (Rippling, Sequoia, Papaya, Upwork, local payroll providers, etc.), ensuring accuracy and completeness of employment and compensation data.
- Own and execute offboardings of employees and contractors, ensuring timely multi-system deactivations, communication of termination notices to relevant stakeholders, and end-to-end execution of exit compliance workflows.
