Analyst - Quality Engineering

The Core Business Solutions team is a part of the Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering futuristic and unified SharePoint Applications by providing constant innovation and enhancements to various interfaces, and architectures.

Work you'll do

As a Services Associate, Quality Engineering on the Core Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to review requirements and create detailed test cases with test steps, expected results, and traceability to business needs
Execute manual and automated testing for SharePoint applications, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, performance, and accessibility testing




Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and support test data preparation, test workplace setup, and validation activities across the testing lifecycle
Use Azure DevOps to manage test plans, test suites, test cases, defects, execution evidence, backlogs, and sprint tracking while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Identify, document, and track defects, validate fixes, support release readiness activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing standards and quality practices
