Works closely with GDS BMC Innovation Leader | Business Acceleration Leader, GDS Innovation Program team, GDS Business Acceleration team.

Position overview: The Senior Associate, Innovation & Business Acceleration, will support the conceptualization, activation and scaling of strategic innovation and business acceleration initiatives across EY GDS. Working in a highly cooperative, matrixed environment, the role will drive innovation programs, capability showcase platforms, sector and alliance engagements, business storytelling, and growth-focused initiatives that enhance visibility, collaboration, and market impact.




The role will translate business priorities into actionable programs, experiences, and assets that accelerate capability adoption, showcase innovation, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support go-to-market objectives. Success will be measured through program execution, stakeholder impact, platform growth, visibility of outcomes, and contribution to business acceleration goals.

Key responsibilities:

Drive execution of GDS innovation campaigns and business acceleration initiatives, ensuring alignment to objectives, timelines and quality standards.
Support planning and delivery of initiatives, campaigns and events, coordinating timelines, dependencies, reviews and approvals to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
