Role Summary

Supports e‑commerce and marketing QA teams by executing high‑quality image retouching and ensuring visual accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Contributes to AI‑assisted image generation and production workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Image QA & Review

Review images for color accuracy, retouch quality, and consistency.
Provide annotated feedback to vendor teams.
Support routing through Letsflo → Pixelz → DAM.

AI-Assisted Content Production

Generate/refine visuals using Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
Clean and enhance outputs in Photoshop.
Maintain prompt libraries and workflow documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate daily with U.S. QA Managers.
Align with DAM teams on ingestion needs.
Support creative teams in AI-dr
