Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Application Maintenance Support Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js or Java, along with Front-End technologies. The ideal candidate should not only have deep technical skills in debugging and problem resolution but also the ability to guide junior members, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure stable and reliable application operations.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Act as a senior point of contact for major application development, application maintenance and production support activities.
- Lead the resolution of complex incidents, performance issues, and outages, ensuring minimal business impact.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA)



and drive permanent solutions for recurring problems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality of delivery , seamless deployments and system stability.
- Review and improve existing monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, escalation protocols, and stakeholder communication.
- Work flexibly across rotational shifts and provide leadership during critical support windows.

Qualified And Technical Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in application development /maintenance with strong exposure to production systems.
- Hands-on expertise in Node.js or Java.
- Solid understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills across application layers.
- Proficiency in data troubleshooting.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and web-based applications.
