Job Purpose
The Product Manager – 31–47 HP is responsible for managing the complete product portfolio within the 31–47 HP tractor segment throughout its lifecycle. The role drives product strategy, portfolio planning, market competitiveness, pricing, product launches, and business growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D;, and Global Product Management. The incumbent serves as the business owner for the assigned product range, ensuring alignment with customer needs, dealer expectations, and the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies while managing the complete lifecycle of the 31–47 HP tractor portfolio, from product planning to phase-out.
Conduct market research, customer and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, product gaps, and drive portfolio competitiveness.
Gather customer, dealer, and sales feedback to recommend product improvements and support fu
