ROLE SUMMARY
As Vice President – Revenue, you will be the commercial founder of a new global B2B offering inside Emeritus.



Your mandate is to take a high-potential, premium executive learning proposition and build the repeatable revenue engine required to scale it from 0-to-1 across the US and Europe markets.

You will own a full commercial system: hiring the founding revenue team, defining the ideal customer profile, building the outbound and closing playbook, shaping enterprise pricing discipline, and establishing the operating cadence for predictable pipeline creation and revenue conversion. This is not a maintenance leadership role; it is a hands-on builder role for someone who can sell, recruit, coach, inspect, iterate, and scale in equal measure.
