Feet on Street is Nitco's field sales intelligence programme covering active construction sites across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Field Sales Representatives are deployed cluster-wise along the suburban rail network (Western, Central, Harbour, and Trans-Harbour lines) to generate live, ground-level lead data that feeds directly into Nitco's sales pipeline and CRM.
Role Overview
The Field Sales Representative is the primary data-collection point for FOS 2.0 and is also responsible for driving assigned leads through to closure. The Field Sales Representative visits construction sites within their home cluster, engages site personnel and decision-makers using the standard site-visit script, logs structured visit data, and then owns the lead end-to-end — converting it in partnership with the Sales Executive designated for that area.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily on-ground visits to construction sites within the assigned home cluster, following the FOS 2.0 site-visit script (pre-visit and post-visit with the sales person). 15 Calls a Day.
Identify construction stage, tile decision-maker, and site contact details at each visit; prioritise reaching the actual decision-maker to improve lead conversion.
Capture accurate visit data — site details, contact information, brand and competitor presence, product requirements, and lead priority — via the FOS 2.0 app / daily submission format.
Record and flag competitive brand presence at sites.
Submit a real-time Daily Site Report (DSR) so visit data reflects on the live cluster dashboard.
Own end-to-end lead conversion for the assigned cluster — from initial site visit through to closure — working closely with the designated Sales Executive of that area at every stage.
Follow up on logged leads through to conversion, coordinating site visits, quotations, and dealer/decision-maker meetings jointly with the area Sales Executive.
Update lead status (converted/lost/follow-up) accurately and in a timely mann
