Job Title: Senior – Techno Functional Expert - Yardi

Job Purpose
The Senior – Techno Functional Expert - Yardi will act as the primary subject matter expert for the Yardi platform, supporting finance and accounting operations for a large global real estate environment. The role will combine solid Yardi functional knowledge with technical administration, configuration, reporting, integration, controls, and production support capability.
The position will partner with Finance Operations, Onshore teams, IT, Yardi consultants, and third-party application teams to ensure system stability, process efficiency, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across Yardi-enabled finance processes.

Key Responsibilities





Act as the primary Yardi SME for finance and accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Cash Operations, General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Loans, Tax, Treasury, and reporting-related activities.
Provide functional leadership for Yardi-enabled process design, issue resolution, configuration changes, workflow improvements, and business requirement translation.
Manage Yardi administration activities including user access governance, security roles, system settings, configurations, periodic reviews, and platform health checks.
Analyse and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate with Yardi support/IT teams, and maintain documentation of known issues and resolutions.
Configure and support key Yardi areas such as vendors, approval workflows, payment processes, accounting structures, property/entity setup, banking, tax, loans, and fixed assets.
