We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Marketing & Community Executive
to own the execution of client campaigns, engineering contests, community outreach, and offline initiatives.

You will work closely with multiple internal teams and make sure campaigns run on time, participants stay engaged, and sponsors have a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination
- Own end-to-end tracking of multiple client campaigns
- Maintain timelines, checklists, and deliverable trackers
- Coordinate with content, design, video, and engineering teams
- Ensure every deliverable is completed on time
- Prepare weekly status reports for clients

Contests & Challenges
- Drive registrations and participation for design contests
- Follow up with participants until submissions come in
- Keep participants engaged throughout the contest period
- Coordinate judging and prize distribution

Community & Offline Presence
- Build relationships with colleges, IEEE student branches, maker communities, and incubators
- Manage micro-influencers and community partners




- Support webinars, workshops, and offline events
- Help expand CircuitDigest’s offline presence in South India

Reporting & Process
- Track campaign performance and participation numbers
- Maintain clean documentation and reports
- Flag risks early when deliverables are delayed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, community management, events, or campaign coordination
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially Sheets & Docs)
- Confident speaking with people over phone and email
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up

Bonus Skills
- Experience with Canva, Notion, Trello
- Previous experience coordinating college events, cont
