We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE)
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate or Interior Design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate specialists
Identify and generate potential leads from builders and real estate projects
Develop new business opportunities and lead-generation channels
Collect and maintain relevant project/customer data
Coordinate with the interior sales team and ensure quality leads are shared for further conversion
Consistently achieve lead-generation targets
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Interiors
Solid network and connections with builders & developers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Positive understanding of lead generation and business development
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Location: Madhurwada, Visakhapatnam
