Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Academic Counsellor or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust counselling, convincing and relationship-building abilities.
Candidates with experience in the education/training sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding courses, programs, admissions and career prospects.
Understand students’ academic requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Handle student and parent queries through calls, meetings and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, enquiries and admissions.
Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic and admission teams for smooth student onboarding.
Provide regular updates on student interactions and admission status.
