Education:- Graduation
20 years+ sourcing experience within the polymer, chemical , plastic manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of polymer chemistry, additive functions, resin grade specifications etc.
End-to-end procurement of core raw materials like PVC resin, plasticizers (DOP, DOTP), stabilizers, fillers.
Vendor development (domestic and international), cost reduction / negotiation and risk management while aligning material availability with plant production targets
Prepare purchase orders (POs) for material procurement and manage optimum buffer stock levels of raw material to avoid production halts.
Monitor global petrochemical cycles, crude oil movements, anti-dumping duties (ADD), and freight/logistics rates affecting raw material pricing.
