Lead all commercial, contracts, procurement, cost management, claims, and financial administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
Establish commercial governance and controls.
Administer contracts and commercial obligations.
Lead change management, claims and dispute avoidance activities.
Oversee budgeting, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
Manage procurement and commercial evaluations.
Monitor commercial risks and mitigation plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience.
Minimum 8 years in a lead commercial role on major projects.
Extensive experience with EPC, design-build and major infrastructure contracts.
Solid knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, claims and contract administration.
Membership of RICS, CIArb or equivalent qualified institution preferred.
