Lead engagement with key stakeholders, government agencies, regulators, utility authorities, airport operators, and statutory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop stakeholder management and authority engagement plans.
Manage approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
Coordinate stakeholder consultations and authority reviews.
Resolve interface issues between project teams and external parties.
Monitor stakeholder-related risks and mitigation actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Administration or related field.
Minimum 15 years of stakeholder, regulatory, or authority liaison experience.
Demonstrated experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
Experience supporting major infrastructure, aviation, transport, or urban development projects.
Solid negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Understanding of statutory approval processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
