4 5+ years of relevant experience in mainframe or enterprise operations/support.
Working understanding of ITIL processes and procedures (incident, problem, change, shift handover discipline).
Solid analytical and problem-solving capability, with calm execution under pressure.

Adaptable and dependable during high-severity incidents and operational peaks
