Key Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Meet with clients to understand their interior design requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
Collaborate with the design and project execution teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements
Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing,



or a related field.
4+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Solid customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
