How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:




Review and process certificate requests in CSR24 in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
Verify each request against the relevant insurance contract, policy schedule, and policy wording to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Prepare and issue recent certificates, renewals, and amendments following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct thorough quality checks before issuance to ensure certificates are accurate, complete, and error-free.
Escalate unclear requests, discrepancies, or exceptions to onshore Client Service Managers for clarification and approval.
Ensure certificates accurately reflect client insurance requirements and policy coverage.
Manage a high volume of certificate requests while maintaining service levels and turnaround times.
Prioritize and track multiple requests simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
