Position Purpose

Back Fill: Replacement for AM managing functional maintenance & set-up support team for WEM/Calculo & FAML satellite tools used within the Fund Accounting teams
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Be part of a centralized fund setup team providing services for several locations.
Setup Fund referential (fund key static data), Fund calendar (when the fund is to be calculated), WEM tool maintenance and control setup and Calculo (Performance and CDSC fee calculation)
Be a setup referent i.e. not only acting as an executor but also being fully involved in the overall process flow and a setup analysis i.e.
Ensure setup consistency between the locations
Perform regular monitoring to ensure and review setup quality
Analyze error raised as “setup issues” to help solving issues and:
ensure the accurate setup is identified and implemented
be an active stakeholder in requirement definition when needed
Be in regular contact with the local referent for each of the locations in order to:
Understand the need
Discuss any potential challenge (new process setup)
Being able to explain existing process setup performed in other locations
Perform UAT & NRT testing from time to time before new release of Multifonds and Calculo applications (Current WEM controls, Bug fixes, New developments / enhancements)
Contributing Responsibilities
Work closely with FA ops, IT & Projects teams on all WEM & Calculo related topics and help in overall coordination
Support in data collection and maintaining logs of issues/enhancements raised by ops & projects teams
Contributing to the overall success in WEM, Calculo and FRL maintenance and taking responsibility on several topics and initiatives.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Extended FA exposure with deep operational knowledge
Technical or Functional knowledge in MF/ WEM &
