Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales growth, distribution, and market expansion for our FMCG brands. The candidate will be responsible for developing distributors, super-stockists, retailers, HoReCa accounts, modern trade, gyms, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans for Eggsential, Pagoto, and Aqua Mist.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, super-stockists, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Expand product availability across general trade, modern trade, HoReCa, gyms, cafés, hotels, restaurants, and quick-commerce channels.




- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor pricing, products, and activities.
- Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, sampling, and promotional execution.
- Monitor stock movement, expiry, primary sales, secondary sales, and collection cycles.
- Coordinate with operations and supply-chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain discipline in pricing, credit control, collections, and company policies.
- Organise product demonstrations and sampling activities for gyms, hotels, cafés, retailers, and corporate customers.
