Role Overview
The CISO – Delivery will lead the end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational excellence of TAC Security’s cybersecurity services portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring successful execution of client engagements, maintaining service quality, driving customer satisfaction, managing security operations, and aligning cybersecurity outcomes with business objectives.
This position serves as a strategic advisor to clients while overseeing large-scale security programs across Vulnerability Management, Managed Security Services, SOC Operations, Penetration Testing, Attack Surface Management, AppSec, Compliance, and Risk Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity Delivery Leadership
Lead and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services across global enterprise customers.




Ensure consistent execution of security programs within defined scope, timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
Own customer success, service delivery governance, and operational performance.
Establish delivery frameworks, processes, and best practices for scalable cybersecurity operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across security services and delivery functions.
Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for C-level executives and client leadership teams.
Present security posture, risk assessments, strategic recommendations, and service performance reviews.
Lead executive governance meetings and customer steering committees.
Manage escalations and critical security incidents from a business and operational perspective.
Support strategic account growth through solid client relationships and value realization.
