The Chance

As a Business Development Partner, you'll operate as an independent revenue driver — leveraging your professional network to open doors, spark conversations, and win new business across Direct Hire, Executive Search, and Staffing engagements.



You bring the relationships and the deal-making instinct; our in-house recruitment delivery team handles the full hiring lifecycle from there.

This is a low-overhead, high-flexibility partnership built for people who want to monetize their network without taking on delivery, sourcing, or account operations.

What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Direct Hire, Executive Search, and Staffing services
- Proactively engage organizations with active or upcoming hiring needs
- Build and nurture relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and Procurement stakeholders
- Position Infonyx Solutions' recruitment and workforce capabilities to prospective clients
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities before handoff
- Partner closely with our delivery team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
- Support contract and commercial discussions as deals progress
- Own the long-term client re
