Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance team in managing compliance records, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports and support compliance cost model updates.
- Conduct compliance audits, evidence reviews,



and business control assessments; analyse findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and communicate compliance updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Review and interpret technical and contractual documentation, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, interconnection agreements, O&M; agreements, permits, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with engineering and other internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in weekly planning meetings and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in regulatory compliance, internal controls, compliance reporting, or document management.
- Experience in the power, utility, transmission, or renewable energy industry is preferred.
