Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant with strong Private Equity Fund Accounting experience to join a growing and collaborative finance team. This is an excellent chance for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast - paced investment environment and enjoys working cross - functionally with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage monthly close and quarter-end financial reporting for multiple investment fund entities




Prepare financial statements, investor capital activity reports, fund performance metrics, and IRR calculations
Record and review general ledger transactions, including complex multi-entity allocation journal entries
Prepare and review account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and capital allocation schedules
Support investment and debt reporting, cash management activities, and treasury-related processes
Assist with management fee calculations, financial covenant reporting, tax reporting support, and investor reporting requests
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve financial reporting discrepancies
Prepare audit schedules and work closely with external auditors during annual audits

What We Are Looking For

Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA qualified (USA)
