We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations for our growing travel company.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Operations, and Marketing roles
Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate with management on manpower planning
Handle basic payroll coordination, incentives tracking, and HR policies




Ensure smooth employee engagement and retention

Eligibility & Skills

1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
Experience in hiring for sales or travel industry preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel, HR portals, and WhatsApp hiring
