Role & responsibilities
Engage in student enrollment and new client acquisition.
Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
Maintain robust and professional communication with students and parents.
Understand student/parent requirements and provide suitable information about courses and programs.
Convert leads into successful enrollments by effectively explaining the benefits of Nishchaya Classes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Must have a personal laptop
Proficient in Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work in a energetic setting

Probation Period: 3 months
Salary During Probation: Up to 12,000 per month + incentives
Post-Probation Salary: 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 per annum (based on performance)
Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to the base pay
