Responsibilities
Coordination with multiple product owners and process patners to ensure faster analysis and execution of quality improvements based on market feedback.
Well versed with quality tools problem solving technique e.g. Why-Why Analysis, FTA etc.
Diagnose, analyze and resolve customer complaints.
Action judgement for critical market issues (handling recalls, service campaigns).
Warranty data analysis; initiate proactive action strategies for market claim reduction.
Qualifications
Candidates with work experience operational knowledge of E-Axle (EV), automatic transmission and its components are preferred.
