Experience : Minimum 3+ Years in sales preferably from Publishing Industry dealing with educational institutions

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's educational books and digital products to schools, distributors, and institutional clients.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with principals, teachers, and academic heads.
Plan and execute school visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions and support.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Required Skills:
Proven 3+ years of sales experience in the publishing industry (school books segment preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer focuses and result orientation.
Ability to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
