Role & responsibilities
Supervise visual inspection of wind turbine components.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE) requirements.
Stop work and escalate issues when non-compliance or safety violations occur.
Coordinate with Nordex representatives and local authorities.
Support deployment and ramp-up activities across multiple countries.
Monitor subcontractor performance and quality compliance.
Attend approximately one week of Nordex-provided training.
Make independent on-site decisions when immediate guidance is unavailable.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong understanding of port operations and stakeholder management.
Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
Good English communication skills.
At least 1 year in port operations/setting
Wind turbine, logistics, heavy lift, marine, port, or industrial inspection experience.
Knowledge of quality inspections and safety standards.
Ability to travel anytime and any where .
Independent decision-making capability in field environments.
Robust reporting, communication, and compliance management skills.
