Role & responsibilities

About the Role
Ownership of Key Supply Chain metrics such as Fill rate, Forward & Reverse Losses, Inventory Hygiene.
Monitor shipment flow, Open pendency, damages, process adherence, material handling for Minutes Supply Chain
Focus on execution of initiatives / product features from E2E perspective
Point person for liaising between Product / Tech / Ops/Quality and Design teams
Program manage the prep for key events such as BBD and ensure loss reduction by employing the predefined and/or newly identified/aligned levers
Manage Assets operations by close monitoring of operations, stakeholder management & designing right playbooks
Pull up input and output loss metrics to generate insights/RCA on loss reduction
Process review and improvement in all function areas where CT interacts
Provide inputs to Product with CT's point of view after collaborating inputs from various stakeholders
Conceptualize and own action items to reduce losses across minutes supply chain

Qualification
B-tech or MBA (Preferred candidates from Tier I/II MBA institutes)
