Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Database Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.




Robust knowledge of database design principles, including normalized and denormalized schema development.
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective database solutions.
