We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Management - eCOA specialist at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in project management and experience working with electronic Common Technical Documents (eCTD).
Roles and Responsibility
Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project success.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training in project management are advantageous.
Proven experience in managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with eCTD systems.
Robust understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
