Responsibilities
Prepration of Capacity planning for (N+3 month) across plant and ensure action taken
Actions to ensure 100% on time Customer supply
Ensure Safety stock as per norms for zero delivery failure
Planning of child part requirements (I/H, B/O and Imported)
Ensure planning through MPS MRP
Production planning as per Cust plan
Analysis and C'measure implementation for Inventory more than Norms (FG/RM/Child parts-Domestic and Imported)
Ensure Premium Freight cost control
Drive initiatives for Material Flow Optimisation across plant (KANBAN, VSM etc.)
Inventory variance control ( SAP vs Actual)
ECN/PCN management
Ensure Supplier part procurement on time
Ensure Safety stock as per norms for Y and Z parts




Ensure timely release of scedules to the respective Supplier
Supplier Portal Management
1- Ensure complience on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (Eg IATF/ISO14001/45001, Customer Audit, EHS etc.)
2- Ensure correct master data in SAP
