We re looking for a hands-on HR Executive who loves working with people, hiring fresh talent, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you enjoy recruitment, coordination, and being the go-to person in a rapid-moving startup environment - this role is for you.

What You ll Be Doing
Hire interns and full-time team members for tech non-tech roles
Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with founders tech leads
Keep candidate data and hiring trackers updated

HR Admin Work
Handle onboarding, documentation, and attendance
Maintain employee records and basic HR reports
Support day-to-day admin and people operations
Be the first point of contact for team coordination

What We re Looking For
Valuable communication skills (English + Hindi + Marathi)
Interest in recruitment, people management, and HR operations




Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
Basic knowledge of HR or hiring (we ll help you grow further)
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tools

Nice to Have (Not a Deal-Breaker)
IT recruitment or internship hiring exposure
Experience with LinkedIn hiring or job portals
MBA HR / HR internship experience
Training or placement coordination background
