Roles and Responsibility

Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical operations.
Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on clinical operations procedures and best practices.




Ensure timely resolution of issues and problems related to clinical operations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or pharmacy.
Proven experience in clinical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Robust knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations and guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and reports, and provide actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
