What You Will Do
Drive Operational Excellence
Disputes/Deductions Management
Collections Management Oversight
Key activities inclusive of but not limited to: Proactively manage assigned accounts through the invoice to cash
Help execute against key KPIs and targets as set by the team manager
Ensure all processes are compliant with internal and external audit requirements.
