As Community Growth Lead, you will help build brand presence within sporting communities.

This is a highly execution-oriented role combining partnerships, community building and on-ground activation.

You will work closely with sports academies, coaches, young athletes and parents to grow awareness, participation and adoption of Supafuelz.

What You Will Do
Build and grow partnerships with sports academies.
Own and grow brands Young Athlete Program (YAP).
Build engaged communities of young athletes and parents.
Plan and execute academy activations, tournaments and community initiatives.
Build solid relationships with coaches, academy owners and parents.
Identify opportunities to grow brand within sporting communities.
Track outcomes and continuously improve what works.

Experience in sports, partnerships, events, community building, business development or consumer startups would be an advantage.
