Roles and Responsibility
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation of technical procedures and knowledge base articles.
Provide training and support to end-users on Mulesoft applications.
Analyze and report on application performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.
Participate in the development of recent features and enhancements to existing ones.

Job Requirements
Strong understanding of Mulesoft architecture and its components.
Experience with Mulesoft integration tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and standards.
