What would you do
- Partner with procurement team and suppliers to ensure all sites have a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials.
Support spare fulfillment by managing material demand signals using MRP software
Address material shortages through analysis of MRP tool setting and output.
What are we looking for
- 3 years of supply chain experience with focus on
Proficient user of Excel, including use of formulas, chart and pivot tables
Demand planning and material management
2 years of experience managing material using MRP software
Hi-tech industry experience
Automation skills - Python
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute inventory transactions including movements and transfers.
Anticipating stock demands based on current and future functions.
Analyze inventory needs to meet increased or reduced demand.
Conduct root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions related to stock-outs and other inventory exceptions.
Understand,
gather and validate required master material data updates.
Analyze inventory across multiple sites.
Approve FacOps spare parts Engineering Change Orders in Fusion (Meta provided software) in accordance with Meta guidelines.
Process Master Spares List (MSL) changes per Meta-s established criteria.
Submit tasks to create/update Facebook Part Numbers (FBPNs) per guidance from Meta-s Spares Planning (SPL) team.
Submit tasks to create/update Bills of Materials (BOMs) per guidance from SPL.
Work with SPL and Meta-s Infrastructure Business Operations Services (IBOS) Central team to review site Materials Stock Locations (MSLs) and close gaps as necessary.
Work with Meta-s Lean Materials Management team to update asset and part attribute data.
Work with SPL and IBOS Central to address issues that keep FacOp Spares from being ordered.
Facilitate review and reclassification of material with XFN teams.
Help automate tactical activities through Macros, VBs etc., to improve efficiency and increase productivity
