Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase entries, and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation, bill verification, and vendor payment processing.
Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports and perform revenue analysis.
Maintain petty cash, ledger accounts, and support month-end financial closing.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, vendors, and customers for accounting-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
13 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP/Prime).
Knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
